- Make or Buy - Define the strategy to make in-depot parts/subsystems and correctives of train subsystems - HVAC, bogie, traction units, braking system, and train interiors at the supplier with work methods and tools.
- Special Process: Training of Special Process, Methods, and Skill Matrix.
- IMFU – Set up industrial process improvements related to industrial efficiency, quality, safety, ergonomics, EHS, and continuous improvement.
- APSYS Industrial Roadmap for Process and Method.
- AZDP - Ensure safety in operations, processes, and ergonomics at site with Alstom Zero Deviation Policy.
- CAPEX and OPEX - Review and maintain the CAPEX of the depot, cash out for the project.
