-The organization is on the mission to meet the goal, 'double impact, half time to market by 2023'
-Plan is to focus on identified top 10 tech moves including rolling out one of the grand PLM systems through agile ways of working which is impacting 400+ team members, 1000+ business users
-Enabling Product Teams on a continued exploration journey for product formulation which pushes us in meaningful growth for creating a sustainable and Circular economy

2. Scrum Master & BA for Enhancements in Global Procurement System in TCS -GPS facilitates procurement of all IT and non IT products and services. The application group/ P2P portfolio encapsulates Procure to Payments lifecycle i.e. How an organization goes about procuring goods and services, payment to the vendor and receiving goods in a 3 way matching system. configured in it.
-It takes care of the purchase order creation and approval workflow in addition it also have a separate web based module for vendor management which covers processes such as discovering and onboarding vendors, validating, registration, invoice generation and approval Etc. -All the three modules of GPS i.e. PR creation and approval, PO and VMS have a tight integration with all other enterprise applications such as finance and accounting, infrastructure, project resource management Etc. -As a Agile Business Analyst and Scrum Master worked on number of enhancements falling into digitization, compliance and regulatory bucket such as GST implementation, automation of certain processes Etc.

Scrum Master & BA for Enhancements in Infrastructure Management System in TCS -Infrastructure management application facilitates tracking and managing of tangible and non tangible assets of an organization such as Laptop, Servers, Software License Etc. throughout its life cycle. -It is a CMDB application which is also equipped with discarding of physical assets as E waste or donation, capitalization, allocation and tracking of asset to employees and projects Etc. -As an Agile Business Analyst and Scrum Master worked on number of initiatives ranging from digitization, automation and achieving compliance with government and company policy and regulations.

Of item, project and finance specific attributes such as nature of items, cost of the request, NAC, account and project Etc. -A centralized workflow engine was built to derive the next approver based on set parameters and business logic -As an Agile Business Analyst and Scrum Master worked on its end to end implementation from requirement finalization to deployment and training.
