- Additionally, as a part of due diligence, I have also drafted multiple legal opinions upon the implication of quality control orders issued by BIS on domestic and imported goods and I also have the experience to handle litigation matters under BIS, Legal Metrology etc.
- I have also caused appearances before multiple forums including CESTAT-New Delhi and Delhi High Court in Customs related matters.
