• Detailed study of specification, drawing & scope of work.
• Estimation of materials & items to install as per approved drawings & submittals.
• Preparation of work schedule and mobilization of material & technician’s team at site.
• Installation of Equipment like Condenser & Chilled water pipes, Condensate drain pipes, air ducts, AHUs, CAHUs, PACUs, FCUs, Cooling tower, valves, pumps(Primary, Secondary & Condenser), Chillers, fans(fresh air & exhaust), Heat Recovery units, Air Washer & scrubber, grilles, diffusers, electrical panels, VFDs etc.
• Coordination with other MEP services & civil construction at site.
• Material and man power planning & handling.
• Approvals getting from client for Technical Submittals, Drawings, material Inspection request, Banch marks, Installation requests etc.
• Reconcile & Amendment the quantity require of equipment, accessories & material required for execute the site.
• Site progress monitoring and providing reports and allotting manpower as per site conditions.
• Controlling the material movement.
• Check the quality of work done by subcontractor frequently.
• Coordination with the subcontractors and their bill processing cost evaluation.
• Certification of running bills from client to maintain the smooth cash flow.
• Carry out pre-commissioning & pre-checks of all HVAC system.
• Carry out the testing & commissioning of all HVAC system.
• Preparation of handing over documents with testing & commissioning documents, as built drawings and operation & maintenance manuals.
• Carry out the maintenance of all HVAC equipment in the project.

• Industrial Training for 4 weeks from B.H.E.L Haridwar in Fabrication Block.
• One month summer course on Catia & Uni Graphics in CITD Hyderabad.
• Made a Project in college on An Amphibian Vehicle.
• Achieved N.C.C. ‘B’ Certificate.
