• Prepare and complete the Weekly & Monthly reporting requirements to ensure the quality deliverables are tracked (KPI / Objectives)
• Reporting & escalating deliverables which are any abnormal Customer & In-house Quality issues and Responsible for Solving Customer Complaints and Monitoring the effectiveness of actions
• Presenting In-house Quality function and presenting the status and action plans for all In-house Concerns , Defects & Major Rejections during weekly & Monthly Reviews
• Ensure that customer and internally identified quality issues are resolved using Problem Solving Method (G8D Report / Why analysis, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA ) & prepare necessary corrective / preventive actions, follow up ,Verification and release of corrective actions
• Conducting Process Audit, Product Audit & Layout Audit as per schedule and ensure there is no Major Gap in system
• Conducting PFMEA & Control Plan Review Periodically and ensuring the closure of action Points

• Conducting OJT for Inspector and operators to create awareness on customer line rejections and in-house rejections
• Preparing limit samples & Negative for visual inspection & ensuring that no conflict between Appraiser
• Preparation of Inspection standards & Work Instruction with pictorial representation for easy understanding
• Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5S, Kaizen, lean methods, etc
• Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in rejection expenditures and work within the budget
• Effective controls system are in place to ensure that the product are made in the specified tools, if any rework, Deviation in process & 4M change in the process to control the rejection proactively
• Responsible for the Ensure & close the Corrective & Preventive action of the Audit Non - Conformities

• Responsible for providing technical guidelines to the operator to handling the gauges and masters for self-checking.
• Providing effective support to customers in case of compliant at their end.
• Evaluating technical functionalities of the products to meet development standard.
• Approves incoming materials, by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
• Approves in process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.
