• Collaborate with a variety of customers in a polite, positive and professional manner
• Resolve problems related to Network security, Device, Policy, connectivity issues etc
• Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
• Ensure Network security model is updated as per Sebi-Guidelines & circulations
• Involvement in internal & external audit, re-solve audit points as per requirements
• Perform Pre-schedule monthly or quarterly activities such as, devices log backup, FW policies review, Administrative access review, Proxy & VPN user access review

● Hands on Experience on FortiGate 1000E, FortiGate 200F, FortiGate 100F, FortiGate 90F, FortiGate 80F, FortiGate 60F, FortiGate 50F, FortiGate 40F.

● Hands on Experience on FortiGate and Sophos Firewall installation and configuration.

● Aruba AP configuration, Ubiquity AP configuration, Forti AP, Cisco AP.

● IPsec Tunnel and SSL VPN Tunnel creation and Troubleshooting.

● HA Configuration of FortiGate firewall and Policy making.

● Working on fortiAnalyzer-4000E and managing all firewall data through fortiAnalyzer

● Managing the firewall of Bisleri, Cello, Indigo, HINCOL, Hiranandani, Somaiya College & Hospital, Nanavati Hospital, and 30 more Location.

● All type of AP and configuration of AP.

● Experience in Managing F5 Load balancer.

● Configuring SD – WAN between multiple ISP and do load balancing as per requirements.

● Adding Rules, Policy as per Ticket request on FortiGate firewall and also configured new FortiGate firewall devices as per user requirements.

● Hands on Experience in configuring Cisco switch/router.

● Installation/Up-gradation of License of Firewalls and Access Points.
