• Onsite printer integration and commissioning / Installations/ Demo/FAT trails at OEM places
• Support OEM customers by training OEM team with skills for printer
• Skill at new software & hardware installations
• Troubleshoot problems/Guidance & support to OEM via calls/mails
• Customer support, Quotations, Spares management, Contract penetration improvement, customer retention, IB followup.

• Service / Breakdown / Installation / Demonstrations on OEM locations
• Co-ordination with HO/Service team/Sales team
• Troubleshoot problems/Guide to customer via Phone/mails i.e complete resolution of customer complaint
• Downtime analysis & implementation of preventive measure
• Customer support, Contract penetration improvement, customer retention
• Updating maintenance records, PM checklists, Root cause analysis, spare consumption, Downtime, Preventive maintenance plan & schedule
• Reports to BSM, RSM.

• Co-ordinate all the supporting factors for timely completion of work
• Troubleshoot problems of connecting equipment’s like, Lcd’s, LCD Monitors, Remote follow focus, Zoom motors, SMPS Power supply, battery chargers
• Troubleshoot & make new cables like BNC, RCA, Fischer, XLR, Camera power cord, Monitor sync cables, DC24V & 30V Batteries
• Troubleshoot entry level some accessories, & cameras in Panavision, Arri, sony, Red professional cameras whichever either electronics or Mechanical.

• Technical support to the maintenance team
• Planning and execution of preventive maintenance activity for process machines
• Breakdown / maintenance for machines & utilities
• Root cause analysis & troubleshoot the electronics, electrical & Mechanical issue,downtime analysis & implementation of preventive measure
• Updating maintenance records, PM checklists, Root cause analysis, spare consumption, maintenance cost, and maintenance plan & scheduled.
