  • Following up with the Design and Costing team for the on-time offer submission.
  • Offer updates in the CRM and follow up with the client until closed in the CRM, and use CRM software to maintain detailed contact logs and account records.
  • Cross-reference of PO as per quoted prices, terms, and conditions.

  • Handling of RFQs for Replacement of Mold, and Machines Spares for domestic and global customers.
  • Identify customers' spare parts requirements and give them proper solutions as per discussion with the design team.

  • Prepare offers acc. to pre-delivery. For obsolete or modified products, If necessary, consult and clarify with design and GCS to ensure the correct selection of products (for example, in the case of motor selection). For deviating technical characteristics (when no 1: 1 replacement is possible)
  • clarify the deviation with the customer Clarify potential delivery times with SSD or store (Order Management Cell / Planning)
  • Create a quotation in SAP and initiate the approval process & Send offers to customers.
