I conducted an observational and parallel-group study titled 'A Comparative Evaluation of the Efficacy and Tolerability of Clindamycin + Benzoyl Peroxide versus Clindamycin + Adapalene Gel in the Management of Mild-to-Moderate Acne Vulgaris, Along with Quality-of-Life Assessment'

This study was carried out under the esteemed guidance of Prof Dr. Nilanjan Saha, head of department and professor at the Department of Translational and Clinical Research, School of Chemical and Life Sciences, Jamia Hamdard University, in collaboration with HAH Centenary Hospital, New Delhi, 2025

The research involved the prospective enrollment of acne patients meeting inclusion criteria, their assignment into two treatment groups, and regular follow-ups over four weeks Clinical outcomes, patient-reported adverse effects, and changes in the Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) were systematically analyzed The study aimed to generate real-world evidence on the comparative benefits of these widely used topical combinations in dermatological care
