Role :

• Client Consultation, progress submission, oversee project planning and micro planning.
• Assessed scope and requirements to make accurate project scheduling using M Project and Primavera P6.
• Project cost evaluation and market capitalization analysis.
• Oversaw and produced documentation and contract closure activities.
• Conducted value engineering studies, incorporating factors such as potential ROI, safety and risk.

Project :- Heat Traced Pipe Line (HTPL)

Client :- BPCL Kochi Refineries

Consultant :- Engineers India Limited

Project Summery:- The project is for laying a Heat Traced Pipeline and associated facilities connecting Kochi Refinery with Cochin Port for transporting high pour products in marine tankers.

Role.

• Liaised with client ( BPCL, EIL and Cochin Port Officials) in approval of works in time and achieving customer satisfaction.
• Coordinated with local government authorities on technical clarifications for project execution.
• Assisted Lead Engineer and Project manager in establishment of project schedule, budget estimation and resource planning.
• Verification of QA&QC documents, BOQ.

Project : Miscellaneous Underground Piping And Associated Civil Works.

Client : BPCL Kochi Refineries

Consultant : Engineers India Limited.

Project Summery : The project is for laying underground OWS pipes, sewer lines, water pipes and all associated civil works outside tank farm area in Kochi refinery.

Role :

• Prepared BOQ and QC documents, Client approval and feedback.
• Coordinated with vendors, purchase of materials and quality verification.
• Conducted Quality Assurance tests, NDT tests for all materials and Preparation of quality reports.
• Prepared Bid/Tender and verified bill for sub contracts.
• Oversaw health and safety assurance liaising with EHSO officer.
