  • Created SOPs, documents & newsletters to educate team of 150 members from BNG & PNG nodes on frequent process updates
  • Built an internal quality team using 6 sigma methodologies to audit cases and provide coaching to associates. Introduced CAPA analysis, QMS/Live/Biased audit. Worked with tech teams to enable a mechanism which sends automated responses to associates who have not met Quality. With this we were able to reduce quality errors to 69% in first 2 months 80% in the span of 8 months
  • Worked with tech teams to create a repository tool embodied
    with Java & Python script to track new updates, SOPs, flowcharts and also introduced query mechanism using Chat-GPT and aligned top performing associates to respond to the queries by associates. This improved our first touch SLA to 95% when averaged out for 6 months.
  • Collaborating with third part labs to assess if the product is ok for live sale

  • Website scrubbing based on critical reviews & Initiating a Outreach on Seller messaging for 60950-1 safety documentations
