• Orchestrated and led the seamless adoption of smart factory within the manufacturing facility, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of innovation and transformation.
• Working closely with Supply Chain Management and Sales to align the business to market demands by improving vendor forecasting.

• Brought down the inventory by 267 KUSD YOY.
• ITO improvement from 4.15 to 4.78.
• Successful implementation and adaptation of Smart factory.
