Presently assigned 1x400/132KV , 1X400/220KV ,220KV Substation project with 230 KM Tramsmission line & Power plant as Team leader.

• Overall responsibility - Head of E&I department looking after project of 2X90MW Power plant,220KV Sub station,SS Plant,Pellet plant as well looking after 163MW running Power plant with steel unit, utility, Automation, EHV 132KV to 6.6KV power system as well Heading Central Electrical department.
• Speciliastion-HT,LT Power system designing, commissioning, Protection system Scada Automation.

• Overall responsibility - Head of E&I department looking after of Power plant with steel unit & take care of green field project of plant consist of Powerplant, Sponge, Blastfurnace, DIP, Rollingmill, Pelletplant, SMS, Sinter plant.

• Overall responsibility - Head of Electrical department of Power plant with steel unit & take care of Electrical Operation & Maintenance of Electrical equipments (transformer, LT&HT panel, chiller unit, cooling tower, UPS, LT&HT motors, cranes, Dgset (1250KVA, 1000KVA, 500KVA, 350KVA) of power plant & steel unit, maintenance of 33KV switchyard & looking after all day to day technical and commercial responsibilities.
• Apart from above looking after planning of maintenance schedule, spares management, Budget plan, Adopting Condition base maintenance practise, Fault analysis, Equipment selection, Planning for upgradation of system, calibration & testing of Electrical equipment.
• Project-33KV Grid synchronisation completed successfully & 35Ton BFG Boiler Expansion project under contract stage.
• Reporting-VP-Electrical & VP-Power plant

• As a Head of Electrical department & take care of Electrical O&M of 10MW Solar plant & 135MW thermal power plant & looking after all day to day maintenance in whole plant with 220Kv switch yard and transmission line including technical & commercial responsibilities.
• Liasioning with Rajasthan Grid authority as routine job.

• As section head taking care of BTG & Switchyard Electrical Maintenance and troubleshooting, maintenance planning review of BTG & 400KV Switchyard area including all Power Transformers, Generator, scada system, 11KV/6.6KV/3.3KV HT boards, HT Motors, UPS, Battery charger, all Boiler & Turbine Aux.equipments, synchronizing system, protection system of switchyard and boiler HT motors, Power transformers, DG set, all protection system of Transformer, HT equipment, Switch yard and myself initiated and established modern Testing lab equipped with all testing equipment at site and all testing of equipment under my supervision and liasioning with Power grid authority.
• Project - Commissioning of 400KV switchyard & 2x660MW BTG

• Shouldered the responsibility for handling all the executions & commissioning of power plant included erection & commissioning of power transformer, Distribution transformers, 6.6KV MV Panels, Bus duct, Generator circuit breaker, power & control cabling, LT & HT motors, plant illumination, earthing system.
• Fully accountable to liaise with CEA for clearance of charging of system & clients for smooth working on the site.
• Deftly handled erection & commissioning of 132KV & two no 400KV switchyard & one to Plant right from equipment erection to testing, commissioning of all equipments including SCADA system.
• Fully accountable to liaise HR & legal compliances with project schedule completion.
• Drawn up project plans, schedule of activities, budget, & cost estimates, planned, procured, mobilization and deployed resources to deliver the project within defined time and costliness.

• Coordinated successfully to complete 2x17MW Power Plant with 5nos 10Tph WHRB Boiler with 1 No 130 Ton CFBC boiler.
• Drawn up plans to manage overall responsibilities of Electrical Maintenance of 34MW coal based power plant equipped with 130T CFBC Boiler, 132KV switchyard as well as monitored the electrical Operation & maintenance of power plant.
• Drove initiatives to handle erection & commissioning of switch gears that included generator transformer, CT, PT, ESP Panel, Turbine control panel, AVR Panel, MCC Panel, Coal handling plant, installation & testing of Relays, transformer & other switchgear.
• Guided, controlled and motivated a team to handle the preventive, breakdown, planning maintenance and preparation of MTTR and MTBF.
• Independently handled electrical maintenance, overhauling of LT, HT motors, Transformers, Panels, VVF drives, EOT crane, Lift, Generator, soft starter panels, compressors, HT & LT DG set.
• Project- 2x17MW power plant.

• Significantly headed the electrical operations & maintenance of all equipments of 3x11 MW of the coal fired FBC Boiler & BHEL Generator.
• Looking after maintenance of Power & distribution transformers, HT & LT Motors, Panels, HT & LT Breakers, all types of MOV’s, VFD drives, Generator, Exciter, EOT Cranes, DC Motors, all switchyard equipments.
• Efficiently brought about 10- 20% reduction in down time as well as increased in PLF from 70% to 90% (increase in productivity).
• Effectively handled project of 11/33 KV switchyard.
• Accredited for preventive & breakdown maintenance of 33 KV switchyard.
• Project-3x11MW Power plant.

• Involved in Erection & commissioning of 25 MW power plant which consists of 75 TPH –BHEL make boiler & 50TPH stroker fired boiler BHEL make.
• An Erection team member active participation, right from Project Planning to successful Erection & Commissioning of all electrical equipments (HT & LT) of 75 TPH Recovery boiler.
• Troubleshooting and Schedule maintenance of all the Electrical equipments of Power plant of 25 MW capacity which included Coal Fired Boilers, Turbine Section and Auxiliaries and stroker fire Boiler Section after successful commissioning of the Plant.
• Instrumental in installation of VVFD in plant to reduce auxiliary consumption.
• Involved in preventive & breakdown maintenance of power plant (Electrical).
