Balance Sheet Preparation & Submission to Parliament
Conducting CAG Audit.
Compliance of SAR Audit
Liaising of Chartered Accountants.
Manage Institutional databases & Staff Information Systems (SIS).
Report to MoE as per directives.
ADMINISTRATION-
Implementation of Recruitment & Promotion
Policies, Procedures and Regulations & Coordinate Recruitment Processes as per GoI Rules.
Maintain and update Records ensuring accuracy and
Confidentiality.
COMPLIANCE-
Ensure institutional compliance
with National Education Regulations and
Accreditation requirements.
Liaise with heads of departments, deans
and external bodies (Government &
Industry) as required.
Stakeholder Support(Respond to inquiries regarding
administrative matters,handle appeals,
complaints and queries such as RTI &
CPGRAM).
