• Engineered advanced BSVI Diesel Trucks with diverse configurations, including Haulage, Tipper, Tractor, Tanker, and Concrete machines, focusing on variant-specific component packaging within wheelbases.
• Developed and validated proof of concept designs, leveraging CATIA for CAE analysis to ensure structural reliability.
• Conducted DMU sign-offs and benchmarking against competitor standards to enhance product dependability.
• Played a pivotal role in a Cross-Functional Team (CFT) project aimed at elevating product quality, focusing on Engine harnesses, Steering pipes, and Compressor pipe routings.
