· Backup candidates for all niche or difficult positions to reduce risk when candidate back-out after accepting our offer.
· Special focus on Diversity hiring. Hired 19% against target of 10%
· Revamped Onboarding process to enhance new joiners/ experience.
· Have hired close to 20 professionals across the globe apart from India. In Poland, Japan, Sweden, USA.
· Have revamped the policies in Japan and also created a vendor base from the scratch.

· Extensively leveraging LinkedIn and social media to attract talent and enhance employer brand.
· Revamped the entire Branding Project for Syncron, created many impactful strategies in attracting the lateral and campus talent.
o Talent Attraction & Process Simplification :-
· Employee Value Proposing (EVP) – Created new EVP to attract right talent
· AI & Analytics in hiring – Worked with HR digitization team on simplification of TA systems and analytics.
· Simplified TA Policy & internal hiring (IJP) Process to bring transparency and trust.
· Revamped Campus hiring – Yearlong engagement programs and focused hiring to meet future talent requirements have revamped and made close to 100 hires at Syncron
· Created certification program “Interview excellence training” for Hiring Managers on interviewing skill.
o Leadership Hiring :-
· Built strong governance model for leadership hiring through structured hiring intake meetings with vendors and timely review mechanism
· Improved leadership hiring TAT from 72 to 48 Days
· I have done in house sourcing resulting into cost saving of around 1 Cr.

o Created Talent Review Committee to nurture and develop talent.
o Saved closed to ~1 cr with revamping the existing tools and hard negotiations with the vendors like Naukri, Hackerrank and eliminating Jobvite as ATS and added a far better ATS called Teamtailor.
o Part of Core HR team for Culture Transformation and cross-cultural trainings.
