  • Responsible for setting up the GCC for the Technology-CoE firm, VeARC Technologies, in Bangalore, which is now a team of 200 as of the current date.
  • We have close to 8 to 10 portfolio firms within VeARC, and we have completely built these teams from scratch.
  • Driving the GCC engagement of VeARC successfully with a team of 8 to 10 recruiters.
  • Building the recruitment roadmap, process setup, metrics and reporting, market mapping, employer branding, creating the interview process, best-in-class candidate engagements, walk-in drives, offer-to-joinee conversions, and candidate onboarding.
