Description:

● Used Veeva tool for Merck Projects (AT Nordics). Worked for new Markets launch for Veeva with all the Administration, Development and Commits creation through Autorabit. Worked on Defects solving and Hypercare issues. Dealt as POC for the project.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Worked on Admin setup from adding new market field values to Approval processes.

● Worked on Defects for Pre- Production deployment.

● Worked on Hypercare issues and worked with the team efficiently.

● Telco Solution is a Customer and Partner Centric solution where it deals with Lead and Opportunity Management along with Product and Case Entities. Partner can effectively log Leads and Deals for Approval and also manages Cases raised by Customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Worked on Community Builder for Partner and Customer Portal.

● Worked on Lightning Components, Apex Classes, Triggers, Test Classes.

● Entitlement process, MDF Configuration, Validation rules, Work flow rules and Email templates, FSL, Approval process and other configuration areas.

● Worked on reports and dashboards.

● Worked as a permanent employee with Tech Mahindra, as a Software Engineer from August 2016 to November 2018.

Project Title : Roche Diagnostics

Duration : April 2017 – November 2018

Role : SFDC Consultant

Description:

● Roche is a Diagnostic Centre it supplies instruments to the diagnostics centers located in different countries.

● This project has development and also customer support. If a diagnostic center is facing a problem with the instrument it sends an engineer to replace the instrument or repair the instrument. This project provides application to track the service engineer details and also stores the instrument details and also the accounts (diagnostics centers) and also helps a customer (Diagnostics centers) to log a complaint and work on this complaint.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Analyzed and involved in development of the modules

● Created Page layouts, Objects, Work flow rules, Validation rules and Email templates that suits the need of the application.

● Designing visual force and developed Apex Classes, Triggers for functional needs.

● Schedule the reports and dashboards.
