I am Currently working as Graduate Apprentice Trainee in SCM Stores department, As an SCM Stores officer involved in operations regarding material management and line feeding. While Leading the Stores activities as a GAT highlights of this time period is that I was involved in Analysis, Development and Trail for new assembly line setup. Worked with CME team for new line setup of Store, Kitting Area, and line side facilities. Successfully completed TTO build, PP batch and Full output on new assembly line.

• Auto Stock transfer of head and blocks in SAP (Automation and reducing NVA activity)
• Discontinuing head block vehicle (Cost Saving Up to 0.75 Lacs per month)

Complete Store Setup for New Assembly Line`

• Kitting Area Setup

(Layout, Kit Design, Master List, Pick to Light, Shutter Poka-yoke, Cam cover stud Poka-yoke, MES Displays)

• Line side Supply facilities

(Trolley design, Two Bin System, Kit loading unloading Strategy, Sub-Assembly station Poka-yoke and WIP)

• HBR, Strong Room and KLT store setup

(One part One Location, Implementation of 5S, Trolley Design for Returnable partition, FIFO Adherence strategy) 

• Head/ Block Internal Movement

(Truck Modification, safety interlocks, Ramp design, Inventory management using Andon Display)
