  • Handle all the Rate of interest reduction requests
  • In this work I got to go through the loan accounts available on the FINACLE platform and study those accounts such as how many times the said ROI was increased, was the customer regular in paying his EMIs, what was the reason for irregular payment of EMIs
  • Also got a chance to learn in depth about how to read a CIBIL report
  • Gained a lot of basic knowledge of Retails and Credit Banking such as PAMAC, APF
  • Learned how a loan is sanctioned exactly and what are the aspects checked while sanctioning a loan
  • Learned to work in time-constraint environment since banking is a fast-paced industry, it was very much needed that the work was completed in a stipulate amount of time
  • While the institution was shifting from GENIUS platform to FINACLE, also worked in the CENTRALISED ACCOUNT OPENING DEPARTMENT.
