Anil

Anil has 16 years of experience in delivery, design, implementation and support of complex EPM and Analytics projects. He has experience in improving the profitability and performance of organizations and creating insight by designing and implementing Performance Management and Business Intelligence solutions. He is a functional expert in BPC, SAC , SAP Datasphere and has worked on several end to end Planning projects for a number of clients. He is also technically strong in Enterprise Performance Management, Business warehouse and Business Analytics.

Anil is a specialist in SAC, Enterprise Performance Management and has implemented Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Management Reporting and Group Financial Consolidation solutions for a wide variety of clients. He has worked with several SAC, SAP BPC implementations involving Standard and Embedded flavours. Anil has architected complex business solutions through enabling SAP technology in the SAC and EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) area for the office of CFO. He has end to end implementation experience of SAC and BPC Projects starting with Requirements Gathering to Deployment and Testing. He has functional expertise in OPEX, CAPEX and Headcount/Employee Planning. He has worked with teams from Big 4 consulting firms and has acquired expert knowledge in technical as well as EPM Business Processes. Anil has also acquired strong data warehousing, analytics and business intelligence expertise from the various projects he has worked on.

Recent projects include:

• Implemented a solution and technical architecture for a major Pharmaceutical company on the SAP Analytics Cloud(SAC) .
• Implemented a Margin Analytics application using SAP Analytics Cloud that included building models, interactive stories, dashboards, complex formulae for a large scientific instruments
• Implemented a large scale group financial planning solution using BPC standard for a multinational servicing company. Designed and implemented planning solutions for different business units across geographies.
• Implemented a solution and technical architecture for a major Pharmaceutical company on the BPC NW standard version. Areas covered include driver based planning for Projects Systems, Sales and Finance.
• Implemented a BPC planning solution and technical architecture for a major US based beverage company and used BW BEx for Global reporting.
• Led the technical architecture design and implementation for a major US based Pharmaceutical company using SAP BW and SAP BPC to implement a consolidation application for their three major products.
• Supported several customers using a product built on SAP BPC to aid with business processes in the areas of Headcount/Employee Planning, OPEX and CAPEX planning.
