• After working for a Cable manufacturing plant, Delton Cables I worked in Continuous casting of copper rod on Rautomead, UK, Horizontal continuous casting plants for copper & copper alloys, Wheel & Belt casting & rolling of ETP copper , Twin Belt Casting & hot rolling plants from Continuus Properzi, Italy, Southwire SCR technology from USA & SMS Contirod from Germany for CCR rods of copper.
• From year 2000 to 2009 I worked in Egypt, United metals company (An El-Sewedy Group Company) for Southwire SCR line for, capacity 12mt/hr which later upgraded to 18mt/hr. From Dec 2012 to Dec 2022 I worked for Hindalco Industries unit Birla Copper at their Dahej plant having 2 CCR lines from Southwire USA & SMS Contirod Twin belt Caster out of which One is 18mt/hr & other is 35mt/hr respectively.
• Plus,I led installation, commissioning & production of the Rod break down plant , from NIEHOFF Germany, installed for Wire drawing from 8mm rod to finer sizes. •From March 2017 I had been transferred to Technical Services & Customer support, where I was actively involved with the customers, problem solving,Wire break analysis & tried to add value in the process of customers.
• I also looked after the areas of new product developments like CuMg alloys for RDSO centenary wire system for Indian Railways. I, with my team, successfully Commissioned of an Up-casting Plant from Rautomead, UK to produce CuMg rods for Railway Electrifications 2022 at Bhiwadi Copper alloy rod plant. •I got superannuated in Dec 2022 from Hindalco Industries. At present from January 2023, I am working for Senyar copper, Qatar, a JV of Doha cables & El-sewedy cables, as G.M. project for their upcoming Copper rod plant from Southwire, SCR, USA. capacity 20mt/hr.

• Commissioned & successfully run four copper rod plants from Southwire SCR, Continuus Properzi.
• Developed successfully Oxygen free copper rods as a new product.
• Installation Of Rod Breakdown machine , from Niehoff, Germany for Copper Rod drawing, at Dahej for drawing of 8 mm copper rod to finer sizes.
• Installation & commissioning of upcast Copper Alloy rod plant from Rautomead Ltd , UK.
• Extra mile achiever award in Customer Centricity for 2017 -2018.
• Pride award winner for the Customer Centricity for 2018 -2019.
