• Created customer support experience to handle withdrawal bans and reduced the support teams ETA for first communication from 10+ days to 4 days.

• Developing, maintaining, and testing the Hotels Search and Details Pages. This involved conducting feasibility studies and providing development estimates.

• Contributed to the development of Sequoia's Total Rewards Statements, a micro-frontend application that provides an interactive summary of each employee's compensation, equity, and benefits.

• Design and develop Merchant dashboard which enables restaurants to handle incoming orders, outlet info, manage customer complaints and view insights about their sales and much more.
• Actively participate in UX design & product discussions, PR reviews, code debugging, reduce tech debts, maintain documentation & mentoring juniors.
• Improved lighthouse performance score from 60 to 90+.

• Developed web applications on Salesforce and Gainsight platform, worked on Salesforce connectors for data transfer, added features like Object graph and Formula builder, and migrated components from Backbone to Angular.

• Worked in scrum team to develop applications for travel agencies worldwide, automating tasks like sales reports, ticketing, and pricing. These applications interact with Amadeus Global Distribution System. Also contributed to SDK development for script migration, creating utilities and reusable components.
