Led all the stages from inception to approval of Charter/Act of NICMAR Universities in Pune and Hyderabad, the various committees of inspections of infrastructure/facilities, regulatory compliances, enactment and operationalisation as per the legislation. Led the setting up of the governance of the University, including Board of Governors, Senate, academic council and various committees like admissions, fee fixation, finance, board of studies. Stepped in for interim VC till full-time incumbent joined in April 2023 and headed all the above Committee. Led the recruitment of academic leadership team and their onboarding and handover to new VC and Registrar. Developing the processes, admissions and examination policies and now stabilised the University for running smoothly. Now University has been approved by UGC u/s 2(f) where the University can grant degree. The first convocation on 4 October 2024, was my full cycle of conceptualisation of the university, setting up, admitting students, teaching and learning, employment of all graduates (100% employability) and graduation of 790 students of first cohort under my leadership.
