+ Functional responsibility for starting MES Operations for Vehicle Assembly, Welding and Battery Manufacturing Lines from Start of Production, ensured >90% line availability by avoiding line stops due to MES

Manufacturing Planning

Leading Advanced Planning and Projects for the Manufacturing Team. This team built Ola's Greenfield Future Factory in a record time of 11 months.
+ Led Initial Plant Masterplan Development for Ola's Future Factory for full capacity of 10 Million. In just 3 months, finished process development required to understand investments, manpower requirement, Major Shops and Block Layouts so that we could release data to teams dealing with construction, finance, sourcing and line builders for the initial capacity of 0.5 Million
+ Identified, Qualified and Finalized Vendors for 4 different Shops in a record 4 months :- Weld, Paint, Assembly and Battery as well as for robots and AMRS.
+ Created the Manufacturing Organization. Wrote all the Job Descriptions and conducted more than 200 interviews to form the initial core team of around 25 Manufacturing professionals.
+ Led the Plan for Hiring and Training of more than 1000 blue Collared Workers.
