- Continuously Review and to facilitate Plant Goals (SALES ,EBIT ,QUALITY ,COST ,DELIVERY) - Establish ,direct and Coordinate Plant Operations with in Company Policies and Procedure,- Develop Policies and Practices to enhance the Productivity of the Workforce, - Ensure that robust quality systems , Process ,tools and Techniques are introduced for the required Product quality, - Ensue Service Level Achievement (OTIF,Customer Satisfaction).
