Led end-to-end execution of New Product Introductions (NPIs) from inception to conclusion, mass production, ensuring timely global Shipments (IND – CHN), achieving 100% on-time delivery (OTIF).

Engaged with clients for progress reporting and ensured transparent project communication and strengthened customer trust by ensuring compliance, transparency and delivery excellence.
I have hands- on knowledge of PFMEA, DFMEA, GD&T, BOM management, Interpretation to ensure design accuracy, qualtity assurance. Build strong client and vendor relationships, ensuring deliverables aligned with stakeholder expectations.
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement (5S, Kaizen, SMED, 7QC tools) focus on reliability and testing.
