While uploading the document, we must
  • cross-check all the watchlists to ensure that they are accurate. Only then can we proceed with the document.
  • ● Maximised branch revenue by optimising operations.
  • ● Conducted customer feedback surveys to improve service levels.
  • ● Designed sales and service strategies to improve revenue and retention.
  • ● AML/KYC - We will check the documents of the client or customer where the client has any previous account with us or any problems has been occurred before, based on the documents we will give category of the client. AML- Anti money laundering where we will get a pop up of the client where the money came or transferred to any other person we will keep track on the transaction and we will inform to customer and ask why this transaction has been happened.
  • ● Service Request Process - Find a solution for the customer query, raise a service request (SR) for the query, Track the SR daily and ensure that it is opened or closed, if the SR is open, inquire with the SR team and resolving the same.
