Project Name: TS KPI Management Dashboard

Technologies/DB: QlikSense & Teradata, CorgoWise One (CW1)

The TS KPI dashboard describes all the milestones occurred while a shipment transiting from origin (Export) to destination (Import) points

There are certain event type codes maintained for each milestone happened starting from Customer Order Received (ADD) to till the end Proof of Delivery (POD) and Document Handover (DOH)

The app also displays the percentage of completeness and incompleteness ratios of files (shipments) in different KPI objects in the both directions export and import

This will be help full to the management people to take a quick and meaningful decisions

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Created UI layout as per the BRS document in the QlikSense Console
• Establishing the data source connections between the QlikSense and Multiple databases
• Bringing the objects as per BRS document
• Providing the workarounds on the objects which were treated as limitations of QlikSense product
• Providing the user trainings about the limitations and workarounds done and how to use the newly implemented methods
• Applied the performance tuning methods to improve the accessing speed of the application
• Coordinating with team members frequently to deliver the tasks on given SLA’s
• Publishing the application into QlikSense user streams and scheduling the calls to explain the things what we have done

Project Name: Revenue Leakage Dashboard

Technologies/DB: QlikSense & SQL Server

Revenue Leakage Dashboard is defined to analyses where the DHL loosing it’s revenue amount in the processes of shipping th containers

The leakage further differentiated as two categories, Demurrage and detention

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Involved in the business meetings with clients and gathered the requirements and estimated the efforts
• Establishing the data source connections between the QlikSense and Multiple databases
• Creating the charts and filter objects using the database fields
• Created the data model and fine tuning the data model application
• Providing the user trainings about the limitations and workarounds done and how to use the newly implemented methods
• Applied the performance tuning methods to improve the accessing speed of the application
• Coordinating with team members frequently to deliver the tasks on given SLA’s
• Publishing the application into QlikSense user streams and scheduling the calls to explain the things what we have done

Project Name : Vessel Performance dashboard

Technologies/DB: QlikSense & SFDC, SQL Server

Vessel Performance dashboard is dedicated to performance monitoring regarding exclusively fuel oil consumption. Data are mainly coming from daily messages, provided by vessel fleet between “Start of Sea passage” and “End of Sea Passage”. Data history was increased to 5 years (compared to 18 months in daily operational dashboard

Sister Ship categories are available in the dashboard as well as ship tracking class, to allow ship comparisons

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Created UI layout as per the Qlikview application in the QlikSense Console
• Establishing the data source connections between the QlikSense and Multiple databases
• Bringing the objects as per Qlikview application into QlikSense and providing better look and feel
• Providing the workarounds on the objects which were treated as limitations of QlikSense product
• Providing the user trainings about the limitations and workarounds done and how to use the newly implemented methods
• Applied the performance tuning methods to improve the accessing speed of the application
• Coordinating with team members frequently to deliver the tasks on given SLA’s

• Moving the applications in the absence of one environment (DevSever) to UAT server in order to continuing the work flow without wasting the time

Project Name : Credit Profile Dashboard

Technologies/DB: Qlikview & SFDC, SQL Server

The Credit Profile Dashboard displaying the overall credit key figures such as Credit Limit, Credit Exposure, Net Exposure, Dues from the past three months of a customer. Also the dashboard lets walks you through the different classes like High Risk, Low Risk, Very Low Risk and Medium Risk for each customer belong too

Project Name : France Sales Dashboard

Technologies/DB: Qlikview & SFDC, SQL Server

The Self Service Qlikview Template for France Sales Dashboard is to see the sales by Territory & Region wise for Key Account Manager, Product Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Operations and System Administration User. Also these key members can check the status of open order, consignment order, invoiced order etc. As is for several big central, French business don’t have the sales details for their distributors in any information system. The details of this allocation are given by customers by external file (25%-30% of French sales) for some sales rep, this party is up to 80% of their business. Hence, France business is struggling with lots of manual work to integrate this part into the whole sales

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Developed reports using charts and objects as per the customer requirement depends on Quarterly, monthly and yearly analyzes the report with charts provided by Qlikview
• Providing expressions to charts that are developed in dashboards
• Developed Linked Tables, Concatenation and solved the loops issues
• Extensively used variables, conditions, sorting, drill down and charts for creating Business Object reports
• Took Functional Training to understand the business requirements and created test scenarios and test scripts accordingly
• Built robust data model which includes multiple sources
• Created end to end dashboards as per the requirements with various script functions like Apply Map, Peek, Match etc
• And various QlikView sheet objects like Pivot, List, Multi box, Multiple charts types to show visualizations

Project Name : Global Campaign Report

Technologies/DB: Qlikview & SFDC, SQL Server

This application showcases Contacts from SFDC, Opportunity, Account,Bio Potential, Ref Data , Territory, User & Sales data from MRH2 Sales.

User would be able to filter down the contacts by restricting Net Sales /Accounts and other fields available as filters in dashboard.

The end output is expected to be the list of targeted campaign contacts which can be downloaded in excel and uploaded to SFDC Campaign list. This application also reuses the MRH2 Sales QVD
