• Testing and Validation of Battery Packs (functional, reliability and safety) – Bench level and Vehicle level.
• DVP Preparation as per AIS, IEC, ISO, ECE R100, UL standards and sign-off with all stakeholders.
• Execution of component and System(Battery Pack) level testing as per DVP and preparing the report within the stipulated time.

• Prepare the test setup and test fixture for testing.
• Conduct the tests based on R&D team requirements and give suggestions for improvements.

• Experience in collecting, reviewing, analyzing test data and preparing detailed test reports.
• Excellent knowledge and connections with external labs or agencies for efficient test execution and validation.

• Capture design failures during the test and raise concerns with the CFT to find a solution.
• Verifying the software logic as per the SOR.
• Perform various swap tests in the Manual Quick Interchange station(Charging station).
• Coordination with ARAI for product homologation and certification.
• Team management.
• Operational skills in climatic chambers, Pack & cell testers, Vibration testers, Data loggers, and Power Analyzer.

• Excellent knowledge of vibration, thermal shock/cycling, overcharge & discharge, over temperature, short circuit, mechanical shock, capacity, nail penetration, and thermal propagation tests.

• Good knowledge of incoming inspection in electronic parts.
• Knowledge on all package types of both SMD and THT parts.
• Analyze the incoming material issues and escalate the concerned department.
• Prepare the new incoming inspection report with customer requirements.
• Prepare the Daily ageing report, Nonconformance report.
• Conduct the process and product audit.
• Analyze the in-house line rejections and escalate them to the concerned department.
• Conducting Performance and Durability tests for products.
• Prepare the Performance and Durability test report with customer requirements.
• Handling customer complaints and solving those problems.
• Handling warranty parts, analyzing and preparing the report.
• Preparing customer in-house line rejection monthly and yearly trend charts.
