• I am currently working as an engineering consultant for Ericsson R&D team on the charging & billing platform. My job requires me to verify new offerings/features & integrations in the charging system solution. Hence, I have a very good understanding of the charging system setup and it's integration with other network elements.
• I am also working on development of new test cases for automation of regression suit using TTCN & Robot f/w. I am also quite comfortable with VM Management using vCenter and other tools. I am also working to build competence on the Kubernetes/cloud environment.

• I worked as a java backend developer for development of our own data cataloging solution on Spring/Spring boot framework using REST interface.
• I worked on big data frameworks like Hadoop and I am also quite comfortable with applications like oozie, flume etc. and also with infrastructure tools like hive and impala
• I am familiar with big data analytics platforms like Cloud Era

I worked for Ericsson for almost 7 years in various roles and positions as described below :

• I joined Ericsson in Dec, 2012 as a GET and was responsible for handling hardware related issues (SUN/HP servers) for our customers in Africa.
• After completion of 6 months I was promoted to Engineer from GET and was responsible for handling of charging system software related troubletickets. I was also responsible for doing changes & upgrades in the charging system solution.
• I was assigned Charging system transition & transformation assignment in Kigali, Rwanda in the year 2015 as a charging SME. My job in Kigali was to be a charging expert based at client location and was required to ensure smooth handover of live charging system setup from customer to Ericsson for managed services ensuring quality delivery and uninterrupted services. I was in Kigali for little more than 6 months and completed the task at hand without any issues and was recognized for my efforts.
• My next assignment was in Kampala, Uganda as a charging system - SME and I was required to assist the customer with our mediation & provisioning solution. The duration of this assignment was 2 months and I ensured quality service delivery.
• I was promoted to Senior engineer in the year 2016 and was acting as technical lead for the managed services team of 15 people and was based in our Noida office. My job required me to handle & to resolve charging technical issues while providing solutions & workarounds for problems experienced by the customer and taking complete ownership for ensuring their timely and permanent resolution. I was responsible for managing new deployment/ projects in the charging network and completion of UAT to prevent any unforeseen issues in the network. I was required to maintain all the important trackers and I represented MS Team in weekly governance calls with MSIP/customer besides providing providing consultation to the customer and following up on issues till resolution while maintaining round the clock availability.
• I was assigned a task to assist our customers in Johannesburg, South Africa for 3 months with charging system solution as a local MSIP. I ensured quality delivery, timely resolution of customer issues, provided consultation to customer and project teams on quite a lot of issues and was appreciated by the customer for our quality delivery.
• I joined Ericsson R&D charging integration & verification team in the year 2019 and moved out of charging system managed services. In this new organization, I was responsible to ensure proper validation of our software releases to ensure quality delivery of Ericsson charging software and was responsible for verifying and integrating the Ericsson Revenue manager solution.
