• Working as welding engineer at TBWES Ltd., looking over all the welding activities for different types of boilers assemblies and their parts i.e Drums, Coils, Economisers, panels etc including preparation of WPS, Weld sketch, Weld plan & WTS along with qualification of new PQRS as per requirements along with going through the client specifications for fulfilling crucial requirements and taking deviations wherever possible. Having exposure to LAS & HAS materials like P4, P5A, P8 & P15E materials. Performing welding consumables calculations, welder qualifications, weld repair analysis to ensure defect free and quality welding along with increasing productivity at the same time.

Project Title:

"Effect of nitrogen purging gas on metallurgical properties of low alloy steel weldments made by GTAW process."

The main objective of this project is to determine whether changes in mechanical and metallurgical properties happen or not when nitrogen purging gas is used with respect to argon and without purging gas for different grades of low-alloy steel materials. (i.e., Gr11 and Gr22).

Project Title:

"Replacement of Manual Production line with Robotics Automation."

This project is only meant for increased production, reduce manpower, and fewer defective products. Here bearings are heavy so we have try to reduce man power for that thought 7 – axis robot. For that we have design and implement this project. In this project we have try to design the 6 axis robot to 7 axis robot. In that we have add one axis for a linear motion for that we design track.
