Responsible for plan, organise, lead and control the operations with multiple business units ( Chennai & Hyderabad). Driving processes in the unit to meet customer requirements and ensuring adherence to good manufacturing practices in the unit are key deliverables. Innovation is key in the business, and i am committed to the creation of a culture that furthers product and process innovation. Drive ethical compliance of employees and interactions with government agencies, suppliers & statutory compliance of the unit also manage safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery, morale metrics of the site.

1. Responsible for managing operations of Chennai & Hyderabad unit.

2. Lead the overall manufacturing unit towards achievement of annual goals, productivity, loss elimination, overhead cost optimization, quality & customer delivery efficiency, projects & people development.

3. Drawing up manufacturing strategy with focus on lean operations & Business excellence.

4. Coordination and communication with peer functions (Supply Chain, Sales, HR, Finance)

5. Quality systems and process improvement.

6. Customer delivery improvement.

7. Drive a performance agenda through all levels of the factory.

8. Retain talent and use innovative techniques for retention and providing career growth and constant training and coaching in technical skills up gradation.

9. Ensure timely commissioning of project within budgeted cost.

10. Plant Engineering & maintenance.

11. Implementation of Safety programmes.

12. Manage local administrative issues.

13. Customer engagement in quality & delivery.
