• Lead end-to-end product control and accounting oversight for the Corporate Lending team across Loans and Hedges (AMER & EMEA).

• Manage internal and external audits, including post-merger PPA reviews, ensuring timely closure of findings.
• Lead UAT testing and validation of accounting logic, system workflows, and ledger postings.
• Support firm-wide accounting and books by aligning Markets Operations processes with Finance standards and control expectations.

Key Project:

• Supervised migration from CS to UBS for a $25 billion loan portfolio and a $1 billion PPA.
• Led the project to enable the team to thrive in the Loans and Hedges business.
• Led the SOP digitalization initiative by recording and standardizing SOPs across teams to improve process consistency, control awareness, and easy understanding.
• Migrated two FTE tasks from the London team to the Pune team.
• Handled the entity transfer and book closure project.

• Worked as the SPOC for a team of 5, responsible for certifying the daily and monthly official profit and loss of profit centers across the European region.
• Ensuring that the valuation has used good market data and model data, compare it with third-party vendors like BBG and Reuters.
• Prepare EOM reports for management and monthly commentary on P&L after finalizing all charges and fees.
• Product creation and registration for equity, fixed income, listed derivatives, and OTC products.
• Convergences between different internal systems for the market data for various instruments, and validate data for PnL and OPER uses.
• Capture, control, validation, and publishing of the NAVs for funds and prices for equities, bonds, and derivatives by sourcing them from various independent third-party vendors.
• Controlling and monitoring model data, implemented by the trader and OPER teams.

• Setting up of Instrument related security static data (Equity, Fixed Income and Derivatives) information in Trading & Settlement applications.
• Processing corporate action Events in the respective Trading & Settlement applications.
• Security Pricing across all Instrument products different sources-Bloomberg, Reuters, Client Statements, Citco etc and researching on the higher price variance.
