- Single handedly increased the number of Reliance Digital stores from 33 to 101 stores in East India from 2018-2023, with more than 30 stores in pipeline
- Launched the iconic Reliance Digital stores of Emall, Elgin Road, Dunlop, Kalikapore in Kolkata
- Successfully launched profitable stores across North-East in Dimapur, Agartala, Itanagar, Tezpur, Guwahati
- Successfully lead negotiation on Force Majeure and Rent Revision with existing landlords owing to business disruption by Covid-19.
- I completed the coveted CEO's Trailblazer Program in 2023 April. My project won the 1st prize in Conceptualization and Execution. 40 people were selected across India out of the entire 20,000 strong workforce at Reliance Digital.
- I was selected and have completed the Aspirational Leadership Program designed by Harappa Learning. I stood 2nd in my batch of 45 people across India
