• Driving the design and implementation of a lending feature on the platform expected to serve 13,000+ DBOs with pre-approved limits

• Defined requirements for a feature called “Invitation Forwarding” that enabled users to expand event reach by leveraging invitees' connections, bring new invitees to the events, and expand address books
• Reduced a 5-step email creation flow down to a 2-step flow for an in-house email designer; eliminated dependency on a 3rd party in the process

Project - Healthy 365, gamification based mobile app in Singapore to encourage healthy lifestyle among users

• Worked towards integration of the app’s reward program with new external APIs, this contributed to the improvement in the app’s rating on Google Play store from 3.6 to 4.3
• Worked with an external team from Singapore to coordinate design, development and testing of 20+ APIs as per the product requirements
• Kicked-off UAT for the application by training 20+ client and 3rd party employees

• Defined detailed requirements for a new product license type called “PayGo”, based the on Pay-As-You-Go model that led to 10000+ new account creations
• Created a funnel to track user progress from Sign-Up for PayGo to eventual event creation, and made updates to the workflow based on outcomes to get a better conversion rate
• Led the initiative across divisions including the Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Contract Implementation team to educate them about the new product offering and its implementation
• Worked with the team to help them integrate “Stripe”, a merchant for payment processing, with our existing payment black box
