Currently managing team of 30 associates and 5 team leads and two project managers to drive End User Computing migration program for global customer.

• End to End ownership of leading transition and transformation for a new/existing DWP (Digital Workplace Platform) customer.
• Participating in New/existing client deals during solution discussion and then further leading the transition/transformation for setting up those accounts.
• Building an end to end solution of Intune autopilot to migrate 35000 end users globally.
• Working with various technical towers like Network, Firewall, Security, Service Desk, Vendors, backup, Database, Application packaging etc.
• Reorganized and enhanced team's training to close knowledge gaps and boost group performance.
• Onsite visit at client sites to discuss project status, attending workshops, project planning.
• Strictly follow baseline project plan to meet the timeline.
• Providing daily migration status report to client using power BI dashboard.
• Document and track all issues in to issue log.
• Maintaining team performance and conducting 1 on1 with the managers for their overall improvement.

• Responsible for transition and transformation activities pertaining to various service areas for new/existing IT Infrastructure (Managed clients / Infrastructure technology outsourcing) customer(s)/NTT internal, project planning, execution, discovery, knowledge capture, policies & procedures documentation, risk management, gap analysis and handover to steady state.
• Review cost model and SOW.
• Create project plan and track its progress in MS project.
• Vendors/partners management and coordination.
• Provide support to write Statement of work (SOW)/contracts.
• Identify high level constraints and assumptions during project initiations.
• Identify stockholders.
• Create and present PPW for internal and external kick off
• Collect information during discovery session to understand CMO .
• Strictly follow master scheduler and achieve the milestones.
• Host weekly meetings with transition stockholders.
• Monitoring and updates RAID items.
• Create and review FMO processes.
• Review deliverables with steady state team.
• Review Issues/Risk/Gaps
• Attend Go/No-Go Decision (Internal and external)
• Provide assistance to service delivery and operation team after going live.
• Gather Lessons Learned.
• Deploying Microsoft security patches and software through SCCM server at enterprise level.

• Hardware fault diagnosis & isolation on desktops / laptops. First level of support on desktop / laptops under warranty / AMC with third part vendor & vendor coordination for L2/L3 & Spares support
• Installation and Software Support on Office Automation software, Anti-virus software, Email Client (Outlook), IE, Chrome & other Business Critical Applications
• Configure / troubleshoot network connectivity of desktops / laptops & network printers
• Installation, re-installation, configuration of peripherals e.g. printers, scanners etc.
• Troubleshooting & resolution of first level printer problems (e.g. paper jam, alignment, configuration setting, driver related problem.
