- Start Working With Suzuki motor Gujarat in Green field project as JR Engineer Purchase.
- Acting as a Procurement Person In Transmission Chassis Group.

- Taking care of out Sourcing Job work processes of tyre wheels Assembly and It’s supply in sequence(kanban)based on real time trigger from respective paint &Assembly Shop ~14000 tyre set/day.
- Based on model varint wise plan, work out and coordinate with Tyre Wheel Assembly job work supplier & child part(Tyre,Wheels, Valave, weight balance) supplier for VRV transaction and supply.
- Doing Reconciliation Quarterly basis to match theoretical &Actual inventory matching.
- Involve in Part development processes with the help of the PI person and engineering person.
- For new model various trial like PP,MPT coordinate with vendors and PE team for new parts development& tool development to meet the time line of trial MRD.
- Analyze vendor Production capacity through PPVT trials to meet the Peak volume requirement of SMG.
- Considering the Long distance vendors conduct a packaging trial and get approved packaging from respective shop to ensure damage and scratch free material.
- To reduce the delta price issued LAR(localization approval request) through oracle system, accordingly coordinate with vendors and monitor localization status plan vs Actual weekly basis.
- Creating purchase order with the Oracle System and doing Amendments for RM, FE, PCD price movement.
- Considering High volume and lean manufacturing Ensure material delivery JIT (Just in time) as per the time schedule 2 hours open window.
- Define a threshold values for stock required to maintain at vendors plant and warehouses considering the monthly production plan and criticality of parts and monitor stock availability accordingly.
- Weekly vendor visit to validate physical stock against theoretical stock.
- Involve in basic purchase agreement procedure with legal and technical issues.
