  • Category Management – Senior Category Manager for Toys Category driving INR 10 crores per annum business (June 25 to present)
  • Category Management – Senior Category Manager for Electronics Category driving INR 7 crores per annum business within the Cameras, Accessories & Home Audio sub-categories (Nov 24 to May 25)
  • Seller Acquisition – My role was largely people management; managing a team of 4 sales managers and sales officers who in turn were responsible for acquiring sellers and growing their business on JioMart 3P Marketplace. As a team, we acquired more than 2000 sellers across categories in two years and achieved a GMV of INR 12 crores (Dec 21 to Oct 24)

  • Vendor Management – As City Category Lead my role was to onboard new vendors in the Groceries and FMCG categories. I had a team of 3 people assisting me in contacting vendors, pitching our value proposition, onboarding and launching them with a select set if products. At the company, we operated as a warehouse based, inventory led marketplace.
  • Achievements: On boarded more than 100 vendors since taking charge of Category Management in Jan 2020. Expanded the SKU Selection in Groceries and Daily Essentials from 150 to 1500 in a span of 8 Months As of the 1st week of Dec 2020, LOS Metrics have been achieved, i.e., below 5% LOS for Daily Essentials and below 10% LOS for Groceries.
