• CEED: Enhancing the group medical provider claims end-to-end processes to gain efficiencies, further align with regulatory requirements, and with the MetLife customer centricity strategy.
• E-Claims System: Involved in the analysis, development and Support of the system; E-Claims System meant for health service providers and internal users. The system caters the following functionality- Online eligibility verification, online claim form generation, online pre-approval submission, claim upload facility for health providers, claim adjudication function using regulator's (DHA & HAAD) clinical edit engine
• E-Service: Performed Detailed analysis and system development of the online portal for MetLife; it catered to self-registration processes for users, online claim submission by brokers/policy holders, insured / dependent enrolment by brokers and policy holders, and online certificate generation. Back-end integration of the online portal, e-claim system, and core policy admin system.

Designed and implemented controller/utility application developed in Flex integrated with PHP via XML objects for GE that allows user to view the relationship between Corporate Information Services (CIS) applications and their supporting infrastructure.

Key Deliverables:

• Conducted services integration across enterprise applications. Drove testing cycles, scripts development and UAT coordination with a focus on documenting defects and executing test cases. Anchored regression and system level testing to verify software quality and function before release. Modified existing software to correct errors, adapt to new hardware and improve performance.
