• Driving Sales, Manufacturing, Planning, Production, Testing, Logistics and Execution Teams.
• Processes orders and communicate to the customer expected test dates, delivery dates and other information as required by contract.
• Facilitate business meetings and works with various sales channels to provide factory sales support.
• Coordinates internally with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Quality, testing in order to improve and maintain a high level of customer support.
• Provides technical and commercial support to the various sales channels and customers in preparation of required documentation, including project progress schedules.
• Coordination with the various sales channels, participates in Customer visits; to assist with the development of new customer accounts, for product training and for product support.
• Expedites drawings for approval to/from customers, processing changes in documentation as required, and releases documents to the engineering department.
