• Facilitate SCRUM meetings, like Daily Stand Up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Retrospective meetings.
• Action on the impediments reported by the team including conflict resolution, making team cross functional and having better co-ordination.
• Help in process improvement and implement changes to enhance team's performance.
• Managing key stakeholder & sponsor expectations and develop effective communication strategies to work with them.

• Using Microsoft Coded UI to automate the functional validation of UI controls and building a regression suite using the same tool.
• Documenting newly implemented application details in the user guide. Modify the existing documentation when there is a change in the process or workflow of the application.
• Using Test Partner tool to fully automate and test application's Graphical User Interface. Using VBA to create new and enhance or modify existing scenarios. Using in-house code coverage tool to measure the degree to which the source code of a program is executed when a validation suite of cases is run.
• Creation of effective strategies and test plans by collaborating with a team of Business Analyst, Developers and QA Engineers.
• Create a mapping of business requirements with validation scenarios and making sure all business requirements have been incorporated in the application been built.

• Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement.
• Validation of device drivers on various operating systems of Windows Client and Server Operating system such as Win XP/ Windows Server 2000, Windows Sever 2003, Windows 8 and Windows Vista.
• Debugging, analyzing and reporting the kernel logs of the operating system.
• Designing of test cases to ensure critical requirements of the application have been met.
