- Spearheaded the development of a server-driven UI (SDUI) portal and a new BFF microservice for selling insurance via a mobile point-of-sale (mPOS) system. This enabled rapid UI updates without app releases, reduced development effort, and accelerated go-to-market timelines for new insurance products.
- Designed and developed a new microservice that acts as an orchestration layer, enabling config-driven sequencing of multiple downstream APIs and aggregating responses to function as a backend-for-frontend (BFF) layer. Successfully onboarded partners, contributing to ₹10 lakh revenue per day.
- Built a highly efficient and scalable data-sharing pipeline between Acko and partners using AWS SQS, Lambda, Netflix Conductor Workflow Engine, and Apache Airflow, ensuring seamless real-time data exchange and multi-partner integration.
- Led the integration of Segment events within the BFF layer to drive business analytics and insights, significantly improving data-driven decision-making and simplifying analytics workflows.
