The Client Connectivity Architecture (CCA) project addresses key business issues with regard to the support of electronically enabled equity trading between BOA Merrill Lynch and its clients. Clients use the FIX protocol for sending and receiving various messages. The project involves the maintenance of existing CCA architecture, quality assurance for every new release, production support, and client testing for every new client to be added in CCA.
Responsibilities:
Working with the SBI Trade Finance department, writing complex SQL queries and scripts as per client requirements. Linux server administration and production support. Developing complex database objects, like stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers, using SQL and PL/SQL. To understand the requirements and create DB objects, such as tables, indexes, and procedures, required for data extraction. Responsible for providing correct analysis and quick solutions in cases of high-priority issues. To plan, manage, and execute every month's build and deployment. Involved in debugging and resolution of issues faced at the end-user level by providing proper guidance through the trade finance systems.
