Store Operations:

• Reviewing, analyzing and compilation of DSR, MTD, YTD, like to like, ageing report etc.
• Allocating sales targets (Target to be fixed Vs achieved) and analyzing targets on daily/weekly basis, analyzing achievements/shortfalls and POA for the same.
