• Focused on Wet line process and had a training in CHINA with different customers having (PERC/TOPCON)

• Preparation of monthly progress reports and its analysis, identify areas and to take corrective action.
• Taking trial on different additives versions and analys the IV ,CTQ parameters.
• Reduce the consumption(chemical &Additive) of various customers by designing recipes.

Line efficiency – Up to 23.20% IN PERC Technology at TATA with in 4 days of additive trial while baseline was 21.6% in rampup phase

• Handling Shift Activities.
• Maintain shift data and SPC.
• To check functioning of all process parameters and their effect.
• Take actions accordingly during deviations and maintain best parameters for correct output
• Preparation of monthly progress reports and its analysis, identify areas and to take corrective action.
