  • Responsible for Monitoring All IR and Administration functions at all different Sites: DMRC Project (CC-23, CC-18), Building and factory Sites at IREO Skyon, IREO Uptown, NBCC hospital, Noida Car parking, MLCP etc.
  • Liaisoning: (A) Liaisoned with Government Officers to avail Labour License, Labour Compliance, HSD License, NOC from Pollution control board, Electrical poles, Land Acquisition.
  • (B) Since our Company is in NCLT and being Authorised Representative of the company myself is coordinating with all the advocates under our company retainer ship for various cases in Delhi, Meerut and Gurgaon.
  • Recruitment: Coordinating and Conducting Recruitment by screening of the resumes, calling up the candidates and scheduling the interviews, conducting preliminary interviews. To give an overview of the conditions of appointment to the candidates selected and to complete all the post selection process.
  • Legal: Since our Company is in NCLT and being Authorised Representative of the company myself is appearing before all courts including High court Delhi and coordinating with all the advocates under our company retainer ship for various cases in Delhi, Meerut and Gurgaon reporting to Managing director regarding all cases.

  • Ensure monthly payment of sub-staff, where appropriate.
  • Ensure monthly payment of rent, utilities and vehicles.
  • Maintenance of Discipline at Camp Office and Bachelor Quarters of sites.
  • Attend and close all accidental cases from court and police station and process for insurance claim
  • Attend and resolve all administrative issues of sites when asked.
  • Maintenance of company vehicle fleet of more than 20 vehicles at our RO.
  • Maintenance of our company VIP guest house.
  • Personnel & Public Relations: Human Resource department is the interface for the people within the organization and outside. Taking care of employees and their requirements from time to time and established a feeling within the employees that HR is just a call or email away to address their issues. As HR facilitator, I have built the rapport with the people inside and the organizations outside. Leads the employee engagement at site. Drives forums for two-way communication and promote positive employee relations at the site. Going through employee grievances and have sorted it out.
  • Resource Management: Analyze and review the performance and involvement of every individual related to work tasks, counsel the personnel regularly to improve the performance and make aware of relevance and importance of their activity.
  • Confirmation: Initiating for Confirmation assessment, Coordination for issue of confirmation letters. Maintain & update the Database of confirmed employees
  • Other Responsibilities: To ensure that the works on hand are completely handover from the person who are leaving the organization & other requirements. Verify the Reports that will be submitted for the management approval. Issue of Internal Circulars, disciplinary procedures and grievance handling and all the related works.
  • Pratibha Industries Ltd is a Civil and Mechanical Engineering (fabrication, erection and commissioning) Contractorship Firm, offers civil and structural work services in the area of planning, designing and construction supervision for all Metro, National Highways, Tunnelling, Railways and Buildings for the client of NHAI, MCD, HUDA, DMRC, IREO, NBCC, NOIDA AUTHORITY etc.
