• Scheduling activities based on change and release id/SNOW ID and implanting activities like port enablement (Access & Trunk), Port-channel, VPC, Adding VLAN, Removing VLAN, Mismatch VLAN, IP configuration and Making Switch live configuration etc.
• Implementing IP SLA configuration, Static Route, IP Prefix, ACL configuration (Standard & Extended).
• Handling various problems related to Routers, Switch Configuring & Trouble shooting of Routers, L2 Switches.
• Performing Internet Link Failover Testing between DC-DR for Prod, Proxy, UAT, MPLS Internet path Link Failover and New Link Commission and Link Upgradation etc.
• Activities like IOS upgrade, hardware replacement troubleshooting routing and switching related issues.
• End to End Project Implementation to start with technical design documentation, design and handover documentation.
• Joining daily 4 to 5 Meating calls with sever team, for making server live within the network for Troubleshooting and Regarding New Project etc.
• Work with support teams to ensure Incidents are closed in timely manner with least impact to business.
• Protocol use: EIGRP, OSPF and BGP.
• Understanding and analysing network outage and its root cause.
• Providing value services to the clients as per the standard businesses' framework.
• Raising TAC with Cisco for DC Migration or Major issue for Backend support.
• Planning & scheduling the network and service down time for various upgrades and Maintenance.

• Monitoring, Rack stack Nexus switches 5K,9K,9504 93120,93180, 93216,93360 core, distribution and Access switches and Cisco Catalyst Switch 9200,9300 for OOB etc.
• Providing Cables connectivity at device end (Switches, Routers and Servers).
• Solving all type Connectivity issues.
• Accomplished Data Centre Migration project within 8 months for HDFC BANK DATACENTER.
• Taking follow-up with ISP team, For links down (TATA, Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Etc) issues.
• Providing IP based on Change ID for Different zone's like Prod, PCIDSS and UAT.
• Networking Support (LAN), Like Cabling, NIC and Switch Management.
• Lay cables between switches & server, switch to switch, switch to router, SAN switch to Server.
• Worked on ticketing like CA Spectrum ticketing tool, Reserving IP for IPAM and NOM for monitoring tools.
