  • Lead the design and development of 400+ cross sections including electrical clearance envelopes using EN50119.

  • Successful completion of 6 DOF Robotic Arm AGV for irradiated target retrieval project. Lead and managed the project from brainstorming to commissioning of the system. Project cost saved by 80% (INR 25 Million to 5 Million).
  • Lead the design and manufacturing for a Direct Molybdenum X-ray water cooled target capable of sustaining 12.5kW electron beam for radionuclide medicine applications for cancer treatment. Linked the target with the 6DOF Robotic Arm AGV for autonomous target reloading and reduced personnel radiation hazard. Increased medicine output by 60% by opting for direct target.
  • Managed the design and in-house manufacturing of Linear accelerator components with nanometer scale surface roughness and micron level tolerances. Completed tasks from material sourcing to final production and QC.
  • Lead the development and construction of Class 10000 clean room for storage, QC, assembly and metrology for LINAC components. Work included brainstorming, planning, tendering and commissioning of the entire laboratory.
  • Introduced new age manufacturing techniques like 3D printing, 3D photo/electro chemical machining for tighter tolerances and increased in-house manufacturing capabilities.
