● Creating & Managing policies, transport rules, App connectors etc for remote app access.

● Fully accountable for Application management and User Access Management.

● Troubleshooting of day-to-day tickets, monitoring the server infrastructure, and handling escalated tickets of all complexities.

● Provide solutions to all ZPA issues, raise tickets with Zscaler for unresolved issues & drive towards conclusion.

● Troubleshooting with native application issues and work with OEM for resolution.

● Maintaining inventory of servers and maintain data of configured on ZPA.

● Creating Isolation policy for BYOD users in ZIA and ZPA portal.

● Experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA/ZPA) Cloud Proxy Service.

● Provide technical support related to Zscaler Client Connector agent issues, URL/domain Whitelisting & blocking.

● Providing internet access & deactivating same based on approval on portal through AD Manager.

● After blocking URL/domain on zscaler cloud proxy, respective tickets are closed on ticketing portal (BMC Remedy) & confirmation send on mail as well.

● Collecting packet capture from Zscaler client connector, system & escalating same with backend For further troubleshooting.

● Using Zscaler tools such as Zscaler proxy test page, Zscaler cloud performance test page for Troubleshooting the issue.

● Control Viewer (Configuration Manager Remote Control) for office users & for remote users MS team & Zoom app in ZDX portal.

● Designing, deploying and supporting Zscaler Cloud based Infrastructure across various environments

● Manage and configure Zscaler proxy and Zscaler Firewall

● Deploy NSS VM for different platform and integration with SIEM.

● Deploy on- premise app connector between customer dc to ZPA cloud and deploy cloud app connector as per business requirement.

● Provide solutions to all ZPA issues, raise tickets with Zscaler for unresolved issues & drive towards conclusion.

● Configuration Browser Isolation policy as per business requirement.

● Onboard Device posture in ZCC mobile portal and call in ZPA access policy for user access.

● Configuration SIPA policy allow organizations to steer selective traffic processed by ZIA to internal or external destination servers of their choice.
